For fastest service in

all emailed support requests must be sent from an email address
we have listed on file for your listing. Please allow up to one
business day for the completion of any support request. A
confirmation email will be sent upon the completion of your
request. If you do not receive a confirmation email, we may not
have received your request. You may also submit a support
request by calling our customer service staff at (262) 567-9894
x116.
Open house information can be placed on our
website, the MLS, and realtor.com. Please email
support@ozaukeebyowner.com to add an open house. Make
sure to include your property address as well as the dates and
time of your open house in the email request. All open house
requests must be received by noon on Friday to be posted for the
upcoming weekend.

All price change requests must be emailed from
an email address we have on file for your listing. A price
change amendment must be signed if email authorization was not
included in your listing contract or if the price change request
is made over the phone without sending us a follow-up email
request. To request a price change please email
support@ozaukeebyowner.com. Make sure to include your
property address as well as the new price in the email.

If you would like any
changes to your listing details on our website, please email
support@ozaukeebyowner.com. If you are emailing new
photos, they may need to be sent in multiple emails due to email
file size limits.
